Insulation Materials, Limited Lifetime Material Warranty & 5-Year Labor Warranty
At Attics Express, we work with industry-leading insulation materials, including Owens Corning, one of the most trusted names in the business.
Owens Corning backs their products with a limited lifetime material warranty, meaning the insulation installed in your home is protected for as long as you own it. On top of that, every installation is backed by a 5-year labor warranty, if any issue arises as a result of our workmanship within that period, we’ll come back and make it right at no cost to you.
Eligibility & Conditions:
- Warranty is valid for the original property owner only and is non-transferable
- Insulation materials must not be moved, altered, or disturbed after installation
- Warranty does not cover damage caused by water intrusion, flooding, or roof leaks
- Warranty does not cover damage resulting from renovations, remodeling, or third-party work performed after installation
- Regular attic access for inspections must be maintained
- Warranty is void if the insulation is compressed or covered in a way that reduces its rated R-value
- Claims must be submitted within 30 days of identifying the issue
Rodent Control 6-Year Material & Labor Warranty
We stand behind our rodent proofing work with a 6-year warranty covering both materials and labor. If you see or hear any sign of rodent activity covered under this warranty, simply call us and we’ll handle it free of charge. No hassle, no additional costs, just the peace of mind that your home stays rodent-free.
Eligibility & Conditions:
- Tiled roofs without plywood underneath are not eligible for this warranty
- Warranty covers rodent re-entry through previously sealed points only
- New entry points created by structural changes or damage to the property after installation are not covered
- Warranty does not cover infestations originating from adjacent properties, shared walls, or common areas
- Property must maintain reasonable sanitation standards, accumulated debris, food sources, or conditions that actively attract rodents may void the warranty
- Any third-party rodent control services performed after our installation may void this warranty
- Claims must be submitted within 30 days of identifying the issue
Air Duct Installation 10-Year Labor Warranty & Up to 15-Year Material Warranty
Our air duct installations are backed by a 10-year labor warranty, one of the strongest in the industry. Material warranty coverage varies by duct type:
- Flexible Ducts 5-Year Material Warranty
- Aluminum Ducts 10-Year Material Warranty
- Sheet Metal Ducts 15-Year Material Warranty
Regardless of the duct type installed in your home, you’re protected on both labor and materials for years to come.

- Warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship under normal use conditions
- Warranty does not cover damage caused by improper use, unauthorized modifications, or third-party repairs
- Flexible duct warranty (5 years) does not cover damage caused by physical impact, compression, or pest activity after installation
- Warranty is void if HVAC system is modified or replaced without notifying Attics Express
- Regular HVAC maintenance must be performed, failure to maintain the system may void labor warranty
- Warranty does not cover damage resulting from water intrusion, flooding, or fire
- Claims must be submitted within 30 days of identifying the issue
Vapor Barrier Installation 3-Year Material & 1-Year Labor Warranty
Our vapor barrier installations are backed by a 3-year material warranty and a 1-year labor warranty. Moisture protection is one of the most critical investments you can make in your home’s long-term health, and our warranty ensures that protection performs as intended well beyond the completion of your project.
Eligibility & Conditions:
- Warranty covers defects in materials and installation workmanship only
- Warranty does not cover damage caused by flooding, standing water, or drainage issues not related to the installation
- Any punctures, tears, or damage to the vapor barrier caused by third-party work or foot traffic after installation are not covered
- Warranty does not cover pre-existing moisture or structural issues present prior to installation
- Property must maintain adequate drainage and ventilation as recommended during consultation
- Claims must be submitted within 30 days of identifying the issue
Radiant Barrier Installation 3-Year Material & 1-Year Labor Warranty
Our radiant barrier installations come with a 3-year material warranty and a 1-year labor warranty, giving you confidence that your heat-reflecting investment is built to last through Fremont’s warmest months and beyond.
Eligibility & Conditions:
- Warranty covers defects in materials and installation workmanship under normal conditions
- Warranty does not cover damage caused by physical impact, roof leaks, or water intrusion after installation
- Any modifications to the attic space, roofing, or ventilation system performed after installation by a third party may void this warranty
- Radiant barrier must remain unobstructed to perform as intended , covering or compressing the barrier after installation voids the warranty
- Warranty does not cover natural degradation caused by extreme or unusual environmental conditions
- Claims must be submitted within 30 days of identifying the issue
